New Pet!

I got a new pet last week and I am going to be making a post about it very soon! I'm not going to tell you what it is yet but it is small.. :) I just have to get some pictures!

I'm Back!

Well, I didn't purposely take a break but I haven't got on here in forever! Sorry, I need to get on more! I need to start thinking of new posts. I got a new pig a couple weeks ago and her name is Ella..and she used to be a "house-pig" that used a litter box! I will tell you all about her in a post soon..with pictures! And I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!

The Revealing of My Birthday Surprise!

So I will finally tell you my birthday surprise for this weekend! My parent's told me on my birthday that they would give me one hundred dollars...but there was a catch: I could either spend it on whatever I wanted or spend it on gasoline. They asked why I might want to spend it on gasoline and I thought back, I had been wanting to go to a norwegian fjord horse farm 5 hours from our house. You know what fjord horses are right? You know like my horse Gypsy, the horses that are rare? Well if you don't just Google the words "norwegian fjord horse" for information and pictures too! Well, anyway, I said I wanted to just go for that long boring car ride just to look at these beautiful creatures! So yesterday (Friday) we set out with the truck and horse trailer since my dad had to pick up wood for working on fences.

So we went 2 hours and satyed the night in a hotel. Thid morning we got up early and drove about 3 hours and then we arrived at the farm! I saw the beautiful, calm, creatures run up to us as their owner called them. There were about 17 of them!!! I immediataly fell in love with a very friendly 6 1/2 moth old one named Pamela (whose name actually fits her very well!).

It was funny because just then my mom and dad told me that little baby Pamela was mine!They said they had planned it for weeks and they just wanted to surprise me! I shed a few tears of joy as I hugged Pamela's thick neck and breathed in the horse-scent of hair. I thanked my parents so much! We took so many pictures of her and all of her friends and family! It turned out we weren't getting wood but putting little Pam in the trailer and heading home! I couldn't believe she was mine !!!!! So, right now I am on my way home and I am on the laptop and I can't wait to get home and see her again! So here are some of my pictures:

Halloween Costumes

What are you going to be for Halloween? You want to know what I am going to be??? Ok then............a banana!!! LOL I am going to wear my costume, black sweatpants and a sweatshirt, and paint my face yellow, then I am going to carry my 7-month old nefew, Justin who will be dressed as a monkey!!! I can't wait! Over the weekend when I went camping I went on a 7 hour trail ride on Gypsy and there were 16 other people all riding mules (ya know, like a mix of a donkey and a horse?)! Gypsy was the only horse! She didn't even know the mules and neither did I or know the people. Everyone was very nice and all a lot older than me but it was still so fun seeing the mules with their long ears then looking down at little Gypsy with short ears! Then, the next day I got to ride one of the mules! It was so fun, she was a cute little grey one named Pepper Anne! :) I will tell you guys what my birthday present is (that I will be doing this weekend) on Thursday, probably.

So back to what I said, what are you going to be for Halloween?

Gone Camping!

I just wanted to post to tell you guys that I will probably not be bloging until Monday or Tuesday becuse we are going camping this weekend! Well actually from later today to sometime Monday! The last time we went camping we went on a 4 hour trail ride and we got to go through water almost to the horses' stomachs! We go and ride our horses in the Shawnee National Forest as often as we can. :) If I take some pictures I will post them for sure!
